OPINION

After Appellee Wal-Mart terminated Appellant Clyde Wayne Robinson from his employment, he filed for unemployment compensation. His claim was initially approved, and Wal-Mart appealed to the Board of Review. The Board of Review reversed the initial determination and denied benefits.
