OPINION

Beginning in July 1994, Petitioners Jack L. Gabbert, Joseph R. Jones, Jr., and Bobby L. Williams participated in an economic strike against their employer, Bridgestone/Firestone, Inc. (Bridgestone). After they received notification in early 1995 from Bridgestone that it had hired permanent replacements, Petitioners filed for unemployment insurance benefits pursuant to the Oklahoma Employment Security Act of 1980, Disposition: ** SEE: OKL., 943 P.2D 158 (1997) **
