MEMORANDUM OPINION

Claimant Billy J. Crawford appeals the district court's order affirming the denial of unemployment benefits. The issue on appeal is whether the denial of benefits is supported by evidence. We find that it is not and reverse the order of the district court. Claimant was employed by Employer Grede-Pryor, Inc. Upon his discharge due to excessive garnishments, he filed for unemployment benefits. The Oklahoma Employment Security Commission (OESC) denied Claimant benefits on the basis that he was discharged for misconduct connected to work. Claimant appealed to the OESC Appeal Tribunal, which affirmed the denial of benefits following an evidentiary hearing. Claimant then appealed to the Board of Review of the OESC (Board), which affirmed the Appeal Tribunal's denial. Finally, Claimant sought review of the Board's decision in the district court, which upheld the denial of benefits. Claimant now appeals the district court's decision to this court.

An individual seeking unemployment compensation is disqualified from receiving benefits if he was discharged for misconduct connected to his last work. Disposition: CERT. DENIED - NOVEMBER 19, 1996
