On-Line Termination Reports
Termination Reports employ encrypted Secure Sockets Layer transmission at our password-protected site.

Therefore, to fill out termination reports on-line, you will need:

  1. A browser capable of sending encrypted data (Internet Explorer is fine).
  2. Your company's password (your Human Resources Dept. should have this)
